The difference here is really about how much time you spend managing your website.

Static content means every page is built and updated individually. So if you have ten team member pages and you want to change one thing across all of them, you're going into each page one by one. It works, but it takes a lot of time.

Dynamic content, powered by something like Wix CMS, means you manage everything from the backend and it updates on the front end automatically. Change something once and it reflects everywhere.

Once you experience that, you can't go back.
