Consultation Policy
At KDC Marketing, we provide expert marketing and web design strategy consultations designed to deliver clarity, direction, and actionable insights for your business.
This policy applies to all paid consultations. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms is required before scheduling.
1. Strategy Consultations
Our consultations are 60-minute paid strategy sessions dedicated to a deep dive into your specific marketing and web design challenges. These sessions are designed to provide recommendations, strategic insights, and a potential roadmap based on your business needs.
2. Scheduling & Payment
All consultations must be scheduled and paid for in advance through our online booking system. The fee for a 60-minute strategy session is a flat rate, payable in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This fee reserves your exclusive time slot. The price is fixed and remains the same regardless of the actual duration of the call, whether you use 10 minutes or the full 60 minutes.
3. Our Firm No-Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. A consultation may be rescheduled only once. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, and all no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the entire consultation fee.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Liability
KDC Marketing provides consultations for advisory and informational purposes only. While we strive to offer valuable strategic guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, such as increased traffic, sales, or conversions. Business success depends on various factors beyond our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and competition.
Any decisions or actions you take based on our recommendations are solely your responsibility. KDC Marketing is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of information provided during the consultation.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during your consultation is strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and will not use or share your information for any purpose beyond our session.
6. Limitations & Scope of Work
Consultations are primarily advisory. While most sessions do not include hands-on implementation, some direct web design assistance may be provided if it can be completed entirely within the scheduled 60-minute call. Any work extending beyond the consultation will be discussed and quoted in a separate proposal.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, strategies, or insights shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of KDC Marketing. You may use this information for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary materials without written permission.
